There’s nothing I love more than providing a great experience for my clients. Here are some kind words from clients who loved it, too.

We have worked together since August of 2011 and I could not get along without her. She knows all my likes and dislikes and keeps me healthy with all good food.

After a lengthy hospital stay in 2011 I had some serious health problems I brought on myself. My son found Rachael, and we have been great partners ever since. I turned 80 in February and with Rachael on my side I’m sure I have a few more years on this planet.

Quality of the food ranks with the best gourmet, restaurant food, if not better.  High marks for originality, superb and sublime flavors, and presentation.  Compares very favorably with restaurants such as the Four Seasons in Boston, Johannes in Palm Springs, and Todd’s Unique Dining in Las Vegas. More good things:

  • Personalities of Amy and Rachel
  • Superb work ethic, taking the initiative, conscientiousness, and efficiency
  • Segregating the guests away from the kitchen and dining areas
  • Relieving the hosts of almost all chores related to the cocktail hour and the dinner.

Pre-setting the tables, pre-cooling the salad plates, setting out ice containers, and preparing the butter cups in advance of arrival of staff was a significant help.

Chef Rachel K. is dependable and easy to work with. She provided delicious hors d’oeuvres for our reception with excellent wine choices. We would definitely hire her again.
