After a lengthy hospital stay in 2011 I had some serious health problems I brought on myself. My son found Rachael, and we have been great partners ever since. I turned 80 in February and with Rachael on my side I’m sure I have a few more years on this planet.

Pre-setting the tables, pre-cooling the salad plates, setting out ice containers, and preparing the butter cups in advance of arrival of staff was a significant help.
Chef Rachel K. is dependable and easy to work with. She provided delicious hors d’oeuvres for our reception with excellent wine choices. We would definitely hire her again.
